Accessibility Statement
Mi’Ndujo is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – Level AA, and taking into account the principles of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which comes into force on 28 June 2025.
Scope of application
This accessibility statement applies to the website: www.mindujo.it
Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI EN 301549:2018 standard (which incorporates WCAG 2.1 – Level AA), due to the limitations listed in the following section.
During the development process, several measures were adopted to ensure the most inclusive user experience possible, including:
- use of clear and understandable language;
- responsive layout for mobile devices;
- keyboard navigation and screen reader support;
- consistent semantic structure;
- verification through automated tools and manual testing;
- alternative text descriptions for relevant images.
Non-accessible content
Despite ongoing efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible, in particular:
- In some sections, the contrast ratios between text and background may not fully meet the minimum WCAG AA requirements.
- Some downloadable PDF documents may not be fully compatible with assistive technologies.
- Embedded videos provided by third parties may not include subtitles or transcripts.
- Some forms on the website may require further optimization to ensure full compatibility with assistive technologies. In particular, forms provided by external platforms and integrated into the website have been configured to offer the highest possible level of accessibility; however, as these are third-party solutions, full compliance with all accessibility requirements cannot be guaranteed.
- Dynamic or interactive elements: some advanced features may require further improvements to ensure full compatibility with assistive technologies.
We are continuously working to improve these areas and to ensure the highest possible level of accessibility.
Implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EAA)
The website has been designed in accordance with the provisions of the European Accessibility Act, in force from 28 June 2025, in particular to ensure:
- interoperability with assistive technologies;
- ease of understanding and completion of content and forms;
- support for access by users with visual, motor, hearing, or cognitive disabilities.
This statement will be regularly updated in line with technical and regulatory developments.
